Can I return goods to you?

If the items are faulty / measurements are incorrect, or we have sent an incorrect item or the goods are not as described please call us immediately and we will resolve the situation but this must be within 14 days of delivery.

After this time the goods are not returnable or refundable, as all items are custom made to your measurements and is deemed as all is correct after this period.

How can I return goods?

Contact us as soon as possible to advise us of the return of your goods.  A member of staff will inform you of the procedure.

How will my order be sent to me?

A.

By courier or first class recorded mail.  A signature will be required on delivery so please ensure you give the correct delivery address and a phone number in case our carrier cannot find you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We hope to get your goods to you within 7 to 10 working days.  If we cannot fulfill your order within this time we will contact you.
